Terms of Service

Same Edge Inc. ("Same Edge") provides an AI-driven voice agent demonstration service. When you submit the demo request form, our automated system places a single outbound voice call to the phone number you provided. The call is intended to demonstrate the capabilities of our AI voice agent platform.

By submitting your phone number, you expressly authorize Same Edge to place a one-time automated demonstration call to that number. This authorization is required by the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state and international regulations.

By submitting the form you confirm that:

• You are the authorized user of the phone number provided
• You are at least 18 years old
• You understand the call is automated and AI-generated, not from a human agent

You may revoke this authorization at any time before the call is placed by emailing sales@sameedge.com. Because calls are typically placed within 30 seconds of submission, revocation in practice may not be possible.

You agree to use the Site only for legitimate business evaluation. You will not:

• Submit phone numbers you are not authorized to use
• Submit false, misleading, or fake information at scale
• Attempt to overload, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Site or its backend systems
• Use the Site to harass any party or in violation of any law or regulation

We limit demo calls to two per browser per 30-minute window. We may further limit, throttle, or permanently block submissions from any phone number, email address, or IP address that shows signs of abuse.

The Site and the demo call are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that:

• The demo call will be placed within any specific time window
• The AI agent's behavior will produce any specific outcome, accuracy level, or business result
• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Same Edge's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the demo call is limited to USD $50. Same Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

The Site embeds third-party services including Cal.com (scheduling) and Twilio (voice). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of those services.

The Site, its design, the "Same Edge" name, and the "Eliana" AI agent persona are the property of Same Edge Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on them without our written permission.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you also agree to that policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
