Privacy Policy

When you submit the demo request form, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Business name
• Industry
• Demo use case you selected
• Work email address
• Phone number (with country code)
• Any optional notes you choose to provide

To understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it, we use two analytics tools: Google Analytics (aggregate traffic metrics) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session recordings and heatmaps). These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the actions you take on the page. We do not use advertising cookies or sell this data to advertisers.

We also use browser localStorage for a single purpose: to limit how many demo calls can be requested from your browser within a 30-minute window (rate-limiting). This data lives only in your browser and clears automatically.

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Place a one-time outbound AI voice demo call to the phone number you provided, typically within 30 seconds of submission
• Confirm and deliver a follow-up meeting if you choose to schedule one with our team
• Respond to inquiries you send us

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing emails, retargeting, or follow-up calls.

We share the minimum information necessary with the following service providers, each contractually obligated to protect it:

• Telephony providers (e.g. Twilio) — to place the demo call to your phone number
• n8n — our workflow automation platform, used to route your form submission securely
• Cal.com — only if you choose to schedule a meeting, in which case Cal.com receives the booking details you enter on their form
• Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) — receive anonymized usage and session data (not your form submission) to help us measure and improve the Site

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, marketing platforms, or any third party not directly required to deliver the service you requested.

Form submissions are retained in our automation system for up to 90 days for operational purposes (debugging, billing reconciliation, fraud prevention) and then deleted.

If you schedule a meeting via Cal.com, your contact details are retained as part of our customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sales@sameedge.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights under laws such as GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California):

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• The right to object to processing
• The right to data portability

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@sameedge.com from the email address you used on the form. We respond within 30 days.

We transmit your form data over HTTPS and apply access controls on all backend systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we would want for our own.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Same Edge is based in the United States. If you submit the form from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
